Processing Time
Each wind chime is handcrafted with care. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
Custom or made-to-order pieces may take up to 2 weeks to create before shipping. I’ll keep you updated along the way.
Shipping Methods & Rates
All orders ship from Maine, USA, via USPS Priority Mail or First-Class Mail, depending on package size and destination.

Most packages arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is on its way.

Packaging
Each piece is wrapped carefully using eco-friendly materials whenever possible to protect your wind chime during its journey.​
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact me within 7 days of delivery. I’ll work with you to make it right — whether that means a repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the situation.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and delicate nature of each wind chime, I don’t accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
